Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

The Apostle Paul writes “For what I received I passed on you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures. that he was buried, that he was raised om the third day according to the Scriptures.”

What a glorious celebration we had of Crist’s resurrection!  My heartfelt thanks to all who served with worship or the excellent felloeship breakfast!  Christ’s life, death, and resurrection are the the centerpiece of the church.  The church is the only institution given by God that has as its primary focus the proclamation of the Gospel.  The incarnate Christ lived, died, and rose from the dead for the forgiveness of sins is of first importance.  His resurrection assures us His sacrifice was sufficient for our sin penalty so that we too have victory over death and the sure hope of our resurrection,  That is why we celebrate Easter for 50 days!

Let us continue to gather in Christ’s house, Bethlehem Church, to celebrate for:

Christ is risen indeed!  Alleluia!
