BETHLEHEM WEB CHALLENGE • WILL YOU WEAR THE CROWN?

Screen Shot 2016-06-02 at 8.38.10 AMLooking for the first Bethlehem Web Challenge? Well, welcome! You’re in the right place. You’re already showing a little mastery of finding things on the Bethlehem website. By spending a few minutes answering about 20 questions and taking this web challenge, you can really help us make Bethlehem’s website better for you and all future visitors.

The challenge begins at noon, June 1, 2016.

Why not use your favorite web browser’s bookmark or favorites option to save a link to this website? It may be CMD-D (Mac) or CTRL-D (Windows); check your browser’s menus if your not sure. This’ll help you surf here in a flash in the future whenever you’re looking for Bethlehem’s online News, Calendar, Upcoming Events, Contact Us Form and much more! Anxious to take the challenge?

AND THE WEB CHALLENGE LINK IS…

http://bethlehemdundee.org/challenge

NOTE: Click the challenge link above. Depending on your browser/settings, when you click the link above the challenge should appear in a new browser tab or window. This will allow you to use a separate browser tab or window to surf bethlehemdundee.org while you complete the challenge in another tab or window. Good luck!

IMPORTANT: You can get zero challenge questions right and still be crowned! Don’t worry if you’re not a Bethlehem or website blackbelt. One crown will go to someone selected at random from everyone who gave the challenge a shot. Taking the challenge you’ll see REQUIRED questions (marked with a “*”) and OPTIONAL answers which are not mandatory but extremely important to fill out wherever you can to help us find and fix holes in the website and much more.

DID I ENTER? If you see a short “Thanks…” message after you hit SUBMIT, then your entry was received. If you hit SUBMIT and you see the same form again, scroll down and you’ll probably see an error message or two where you forgot to answer a required question. For example, your name is required. If you skip that or other questions, how will we know who to crown challenge champs?

THE SEASON FOR GROWTHblossom-clipart-9iRaA8xie

It’s growing season! Grass grows, plants grow, flowers bloom and trees blossom. And, without care, weeds will grow and can take over a perfectly good garden. Do you weed your garden, water it, water your lawn, flowers and trees? While everything is growing around us, are you growing equally inside and watching for the weeds ever ready to infiltrate your healthy spiritual life? Maybe you invite a lawn care company into your yard to keep it in great shape. Do you invite God into your spiritual garden? Growing season is upon us both outside and inside. Why not take a minute to read Pastor Jim’s article in your Bethlehem Newsletter on what it means to grow in this season of growth and invite God in to help keep it weed free? Check your email or contact the Church Office to get on the mailing list or to obtain a paper copy.

BETHLEHEM PR REQUESTS • PR REQUEST FORM

Are you an event planner of a big Bethlehem Event and you could use a hand with strategically communicating details about your event to Bethlehem members and the public? Do you have a Bethlehem function that only a few know about and would you like to see participation by a bigger and broader audience? Would you like larger attendance, more volunteers, increased fund-raising, etc.? Could your event benefit from photos and articles in local papers (printed and online)? Are you busy enough bringing your event to life and could use some help with signs, flyers, handouts, email blasts, worship bulletins, website news, radio ads and much more?

If so, why not submit a PR Request Form today (bookmark: http://bethlehemdundee.org/pr-request • this link is also readily available in the sidebar to the left).

The Bethlehem Public Relations Team is on standby to assist with strategic communications about your event so contact us TODAY even if you have barely started planning your church event or function.

TIP: do NOT wait until the week or two prior to your event to announce it unless you want to get a tiny fraction of the people who read the bulletin or hear announcement on any given Sunday to attend. If you’re an event planner and you want it to be a successful, well-attended event, let the Bethlehem PR Team know about it when you’re at the starting line, not crossing the finish line. If you do, we can add the strengths & talents of our team to your team and let you focus on the many logistics of pulling off a successful Bethlehem Christmas Experience, Rummage Sale, Fundraiser, Walking Tour, Parade Float, Concert, Festival Booth or…any of the many events that you know could be better attended with better publicity in better channels well in advance of the event.
